Soft, cool earth tones grace most condo units since these colors are more relaxing. There’s also a lot of blues, tans, greens, and less of the warm colors like red and orange.
Environment friendly homes are also becoming increasingly popular. They feature solar energy, eco-friendly wood floor, natural fibers, and energy efficient high-end kitchen appliances. There are even sockets in some garages where you can plug in an electric car.
